2.	Brihat karpooradi choorna		Useful in treating respiratory disorders, anorexia, difficulty in breathing, cough. Is an excellent expectorant.
3.	Харидра	Куркума длинная	Has antioxidant, immune-modulatory, detox properties. Useful in allergic rhinitis, diabetes
4.	Jeeraka	Cuminum cyminum	Pacifies kapha vata dosha, improves digestive power, carminative, improves body strength and immunity.
5.	Musta	Cyperus rotendus	Balances kapha pitha dosha, improves digestive power, carminative, relieves fever, burning sensation, respiratory disorders.
6.	Sugandha maricha	Cubeba officinalis	Pacifies kapha vata dosha, improves taste, relieves cough, indigestion.

DOSE

1-2 capsules thrice daily, or as directed by the physician.

EXERCISE AND YOGA

Simple yoga postures, meditation, pranayama are advised. Following asanas are useful-

Sukasana (Easy pose)

Dandasana (Staff pose)

Baddhakonasana (Butterfly pose)

PATHYA AHARAS AND VIHARAS

Light and easily digestible food items, simple exercise is advised. Avoid cold food items, junk foods, smoking.
