It often arises from excess heat (overheating, overworking, or emotional stress).

  • Kapha dosha is about stability and structure. It’s associated with earth and water elements and governs the body’s structure (bones, muscles, and tissue). Kapha provides the body with endurance, strength, and immunity.

Spit the oil into a trash can (NOT THE SINK to prevent clogging), then rinse your mouth with warm water. Perform this practice in the morning, ideally before eating.

Abhyanga (Oil Massage)
