INGREDIENTS OF Vettumaran Gulika

10 gms of each:

1 .Ponkaram : Tangana Bhasma : Borax 48gm
2. Maricha : Piper nigrum Fruit	48gm
3. Nabhi : Shuddha Vatsanabha : Purified Aconitum ferox	48gm
4. Hingula : Cinnabar : Solid portion 48gm
5. Ajamoda : Trachspermum roxburghianum : Seed 48gm

Dosage

• 1 tablet after food once or twice daily or as directed by an Ayurvedic doctor.
• In fever – It is administered along with fresh ginger juice
• In abdominal colic and bloating – It is administered along with the decoction of jeeraka (cumin seed)
• In vomiting -It is administered along with the decoction of kacchura (Curcuma zedoaria).
• In difficulty in urination – It is administered along with tender coconut water
• For abdominal distension – It is administered along with fresh garlic juice.
