Karpasasthyadi Kuzhambu is used in the treatment of stiffness of muscles as in frozen shoulder and in neuromuscular disorders such as hemiplegia, paralysis, facial palsy, spondylosis, etc. It is also used in Ayurvedic procedures such as Basti, Dhara, Nasya, etc.
