Triticum Sativum (Wheat, Godhuma) seeds are cooling and oleaginous. Wheat Germ Oil is a good source of natural vitamins and prevents loss of moisture from the skin.

Juglans regia (Walnut, Akschota) Its shell acts as exfoliating micro-particles and contains organic acids that are astringent and antiseptic.
