Lauh Bhasma ( V. Pati Yog) is an ayurvedic medicine that is used for the treatment of Liver and Spleen enlargement, decrease in the number of Red Blood Cells or less than the normal quantity of Hemoglobin in the blood, lack of muscle strength, malaise, dizziness or fatigue.
