Glossitis is the inflammation of the tongue. The causes of glossitis vary from simple to complex. It can appear in several forms, such as acute glossitis, where the condition arises suddenly, or chronic glossitis, which persists over a longer period. Understanding the types of glossitis is crucial for accurate diagnosis and treatment. Ayurvedic treatments for glossitis often include herbal remedies, dietary changes, and lifestyle adjustments aimed at reducing inflammation and promoting overall oral health.

- Use a soft-bristled toothbrush and mild toothpaste to prevent irritation.
DIETA E COMPORTAMENTO
- Consume a balanced diet
- consume vitamin B12 rich food
- Clean the mouth properly after food
Spicy foods and acidic substances can exacerbate symptoms, leading to discomfort and inflammation. Avoid adding those to your diet. - The immune system plays a significant role in how the body reacts to infections and allergies, influencing the severity and persistence of glossitis.
YOGA
