METODO DI PREPARAZIONE

Oil prepared with the decoction of bala, sariva, punarnava, madayanthika, juice of trikoshaki, bimbi, vilwa, the paste of rest of the above-mentioned drugs, and Sesame oil.

DOSAGGIO E UTILIZZO 

  • External application on the affected area as oil massage or as directed by an Ayurvedic doctor.

 ESERCIZI E YOGA 

Lo yoga e il pranayama sono un insieme di esercizi rispettivamente di respirazione e di stretching, ampiamente praticati nel trattamento di molte malattie.

Nadi shuddi pranayam    – for getting calmness to the mind provide overall health 

Il paziente deve essere seduto in posizione meditativa con la testa e la colonna vertebrale erette e il corpo rilassato. Il paziente deve chiudere una narice (ad esempio la sinistra se si usa la mano destra e viceversa) con il pollice ed espirare completamente attraverso l'altra narice. Di nuovo, dovrà inspirare profondamente attraverso l'altra narice mentre la narice opposta è ancora chiusa con il pollice.

  • Avoid heavy exercises which further aggravate degenerated conditions.

              DIETA E COMPORTAMENTO RACCOMANDATI

  • Evitare gli alimenti che producono uno squilibrio di vata dosha, come i cibi freddi e secchi, difficili da digerire. Perché lo squilibrio vata aggrava i sintomi.
  • Consumare alimenti facilmente digeribili, latte vaccino
  • Si consiglia il massaggio con olio sul corpo. Che allevia il vata dosha
