Bolbadh ras is an Ayurvedic medicine used in the management of bleeding disorders, diabetes, urinary disorders. This tablet contains mineral ingredients along with herbs. This medicine should only take as per the direction of the physician.

Kapha – pitta

MÉTHODE DE PRÉPARATION

At first purified mercury and purified gandhaka triturated well to obtain a homogenous mixture known as kajjali. Then powder of bola and amrita satwa is added mixed well. Finally triturated with juice of shalmali (Salmalia malabarica) and tablets are made with the size of 1 shana (3 gm).

  • Detoxification of mercury– Ground with juice of Aloevera, Triphala(Terminalia chebula,Terminalia bellerica,Emblica officinalis),root of chitraka (Plumbago zeylanica) each for 7 days.
  • Detoxification of Gandhaka – fried in ghee and dipped in cow’s milk repeated for 7 times.
  • Preparation of amrita satwa – The Amrita stems are chopped into pieces. Then washed well and then pounded thoroughly into coarse slimy mass. To these crushed stems water is to be added. Stems are macerated well manually in the water. The mixture is then filtered through a clean cloth and the filtrate is kept aside the whole night. The next day, the supernatant water is removed. Satva settled at the bottom of the container is collected and dried

DOSHA- DUSHYA PRÉDOMINANCE ET ROGA MARGA

  •  Dosha – This medicine is mainly recommended for the treatment of pitta dosha imbalance
  • Dushya- useful in diseases affecting rasadhatu and raktha dhatu – bleeding
  • Roga marga – Useful in diseases affecting bahya and abhyantara roga marga – bleeding from external piles and internal bleedings and madhyama roga marga – urinary disorders.

 DOSAGE ET UTILISATION

 Take 1 to 2 tablets after food once or twice daily along with honey or as directed by an Ayurvedic doctor.

 EXERCICES ET YOGA

 Le yoga et le pranayama sont respectivement un ensemble d'exercices de respiration et d'étirement, largement pratiqués dans le traitement de nombreuses maladies.

Nadi Shuddi Pranayam - pour calmer l'esprit et assurer une bonne santé générale 

Le patient doit être assis dans une position méditative, la tête et la colonne vertébrale droites, le corps détendu. Le patient doit fermer une narine (par exemple la narine gauche s'il utilise la main droite et vice versa) avec le pouce et expirer complètement par l'autre narine. Il devra à nouveau inspirer profondément par l'autre narine tout en continuant à fermer la narine opposée avec le pouce.

                RÉGIME ALIMENTAIRE ET COMPORTEMENT RECOMMANDÉS

  • Avoid food items that produce pitta dosha imbalance like more acrid, sour, and dry food, hard to digest. Because dosha imbalance aggravates the symptoms.
  • Consommez des aliments faciles à digérer.
  • Avoid heavy exercises during bleeding conditions.
  • Consume a wholesome diet.
  • Should take the diet according to digestive capacity and season, the place of living.
  • Drink more water, because excessive bleeding leads to dehydration
  • Avoid excessive sugar in the diet in patients with diabetes.
  • Avoid excessive use of shellfish, tomato in diet which precipitates urinary calculi.
