MÉTHODE DE PRÉPARATION
Oil prepared with the decoction of bala, amalaki, amrita, ushira, hribera, chandana,yashtimadhu, bakula and paste of madhuka, raktachandana, chandana, kushta etc., milk and Sesame oil.
DOSHA- DUSHYA PRÉDOMINANCE ET ROGA MARGA
Dosha – This medicine is recommended for the treatment of vata, pitta dosha imbalance.
- Dushya- useful in diseases affecting rasa, raktha, mamsa,asthi ,majja dhatu – pain in and around the head
- Roga marga – This medicine can be administered in diseases affecting all roga marga
madhyama roga marga – headache, eye irritations
DOSAGE ET UTILISATION
External application on the head or oral administration or as directed by an Ayurvedic doctor.
EXERCICES ET YOGA
Le yoga et le pranayama sont respectivement un ensemble d'exercices de respiration et d'étirement, largement pratiqués dans le traitement de nombreuses maladies.
Nadi Shuddi Pranayam - pour calmer l'esprit et assurer une bonne santé générale
Le patient doit être assis dans une position méditative, la tête et la colonne vertébrale droites, le corps détendu. Le patient doit fermer une narine (par exemple la narine gauche s'il utilise la main droite et vice versa) avec le pouce et expirer complètement par l'autre narine. Il devra à nouveau inspirer profondément par l'autre narine tout en continuant à fermer la narine opposée avec le pouce.
RÉGIME ALIMENTAIRE ET COMPORTEMENT RECOMMANDÉS
- Avoid food items that produce dosha imbalance like cold, more salty, sour and dry food, hard to digest. Because dosha imbalance aggravates the symptoms.
- Consommez des aliments faciles à digérer.
- Oil massage on the head is advised. This alleviates vata dosha.
- Évitez de fumer et de boire de l'alcool.
