MÉTHODE DE PRÉPARATION

Decoction prepared with the above-mentioned drugs in a hundred parts of water and reduced to ten parts of taila (sesame oil). Then taila should be prepared with this decoction for ten times. During the tenth time, an equal quantity of goat’s milk also to be added. This is known as anu taila, used as nasal dropping, bestows greater benefits.

 

DOSHA- DUSHYA PRÉDOMINANCE ET ROGA MARGA

  • Dosha - Ce médicament est recommandé pour le traitement des déséquilibres des doshas vata, pitta et kapha.
  • Dushya- useful in diseases affecting rasa, raktha, mamsa,asthi ,majja dhatu – pain in and around the head
  • Roga marga – This medicine can be administered in diseases affecting all roga marga
  • Madhyama roga marga –headache

DOSAGE ET UTILISATION

Anu taila is to be administered as nasal medication. The person is given a gentle massage and fomentation on forehead and face, followed by the installation of 2 to 4 drops of anu taila into each nostril or as directed by an Ayurvedic doctor.

EXERCICES ET YOGA

Le yoga et le pranayama sont respectivement un ensemble d'exercices de respiration et d'étirement, largement pratiqués dans le traitement de nombreuses maladies.

Nadi Shuddi Pranayam - pour calmer l'esprit et assurer une bonne santé générale

Le patient doit être assis dans une position méditative, la tête et la colonne vertébrale droites, le corps détendu. Le patient doit fermer une narine (par exemple la narine gauche s'il utilise la main droite et vice versa) avec le pouce et expirer complètement par l'autre narine. Il devra à nouveau inspirer profondément par l'autre narine tout en continuant à fermer la narine opposée avec le pouce.

 

RÉGIME ALIMENTAIRE ET COMPORTEMENT RECOMMANDÉS

  • Évitez les aliments qui provoquent un déséquilibre du dosha, comme les aliments froids, plus salés, acides et secs, difficiles à digérer. En effet, le déséquilibre des doshas aggrave les symptômes.
  • Consume easily digestible food items
  • Oil massage on the head is advised. Which alleviates vata dosha
  • Avoid smoking and alcohol

EFFETS SECONDAIRES ET CONTRE-INDICATIONS

  • This medicine should only administer as per the direction by the physician.
  • It is better to avoid by women in the puerperium, patients having the first stage of rhinitis and patient with cough and breathing difficulty.
