 MÉTODO DE PREPARACIÓN

Oil prepared with the decoction of asana, vilwa, bala, amrita and paste of rest of the above-mentioned drugs and milk. Sesame oil or coconut oil can be used for its preparation.

PREDOMINIO DOSHA- DUSHYA Y ROGA MARGA

 

  • Dosha – This medicine is recommended for the treatment of vata, pitta, kapha dosha imbalance.
  • Dushya- useful in diseases affecting rasa, raktha, mamsa,asthi ,majja dhatu – pain in and around the head
  • Roga marga - Este medicamento puede administrarse en enfermedades que afectan a todos los roga marga

 DOSIS Y USO

 Aplicación externa en la cabeza o según indicación de un médico ayurvédico.

 EJERCICIOS Y YOGA

 El Yoga y el Pranayama son un conjunto de ejercicios de respiración y estiramiento respectivamente, muy practicados en el tratamiento de muchas enfermedades.

Nadi Shuddi Pranayam - para obtener calma a la mente proporcionar la salud en general

 El paciente tiene que estar sentado en postura de meditación con la cabeza y la columna vertebral erguidas, con el cuerpo relajado. El paciente tiene que cerrar una fosa nasal (por ejemplo, la fosa nasal izquierda si utiliza la mano derecha y viceversa) con el pulgar y exhalar completamente por la otra fosa nasal. De nuevo, tendrá que inspirar profundamente por la otra fosa nasal mientras la fosa opuesta sigue cerrada con el pulgar.

               DIETA Y COMPORTAMIENTO RECOMENDADOS

  • Evitar los alimentos que producen desequilibrio dosha como el frío, más salado, agrio y alimentos secos, difíciles de digerir. Porque el desequilibrio de dosha agrava los síntomas.
  • Consuma alimentos de fácil digestión.
  • Se aconseja masajear la cabeza con aceite. Esto alivia vata dosha.
  • Avoid smoking and alcohol.
