Wir können von unserem Lager in Indien aus an praktisch jede Adresse in der Welt liefern. Wir werden nicht das Risiko der Zollabfertigung in den Zielländern übernehmen, so überprüfen Sie bitte die Bedingungen der Zollabfertigung in Bezug auf pflanzliche ayurvedische Produkte in den jeweiligen Ländern. Nochmals, wir versenden aus Indien und stellen Sie sicher, dass die Packungen aus Indien in Ihrem Land akzeptiert werden.

Wenn Sie eine Bestellung aufgeben, schätzen wir das Versand- und Lieferdatum für Sie auf der Grundlage der Verfügbarkeit Ihrer Artikel und der von Ihnen gewählten Versandoptionen. Je nach dem von Ihnen gewählten Versanddienstleister werden die geschätzten Versanddaten auf der Seite mit den Versandangeboten angezeigt.

Bitte beachten Sie auch, dass die Versandtarife für viele Artikel, die wir verkaufen, gewichtsabhängig sind. Das Gewicht eines solchen Artikels finden Sie auf seiner Detailseite. Um die Richtlinien der von uns eingesetzten Versandunternehmen zu berücksichtigen, werden alle Gewichte auf das nächste volle Pfund aufgerundet.

Rückgabepolitik

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. We’ll refund the amount deducting the actual shipping charges and handling charges. If the return is due to our error(you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), full amount paid plus the return shipping costs will be refunded. If the product ordered is seized by the customs department in the destination country, we will not issue the refund. So please check the customs regulations of your country before placing the order. If the customs returns the product and we recieve the products unopen in 45 days, we will issue the refund the amount deducting actual shipping and handling charges.

Cancellation Policy

Ayurvedaforall aims to be as accommodating as possible with cancellation requests. However, please note the following:

Cancellation Timeframe:  Customers must initiate a cancellation request within 24 hours of placing their order.

Order Status:  Cancellations are only possible if the order has not yet been shipped. Once the order has been shipped, it is not possible to cancel.

Partial Order Cancellations: It is not possible to cancel only part of an order.

Cancellation Fees: If you cancel an order within the allowed timeframe and the order is not shipped, we will refund the full amount. Please note that payment gateway charges levied by our service providers will be deducted from the refund amount.

Business Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel an order for any reason, including but not limited to:

Inaccurate stock inventory
Errors in pricing
Fraudulent or suspicious activity

Refunds: Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed using the original payment method.

Shipping Costs: If you cancel an order after it has been shipped, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs, and you will not receive a refund for the original shipping charges.
