Rasnadi churna is an Ayurvedic medicine used in the treatment of diseases affecting the head. This medicine is in the form of herbal powder for external application.

METHOD OF PREPARATION OF RASNADI CHURNA

 Above mentioned drugs are taken in equal quantity and finely powdered.

DOSHA- DUSHYA PREDOMINANCE AND ROGA MARGA OF RASNADI CHURNA

  •  Dosha – This medicine is recommended for the treatment of kapha, vata dosha imbalance.
  • Dushya- useful in diseases affecting rasa, raktha, mamsa,asthi, majja dhatu – pain in and around head
  • Roga marga – This medicine can be administered in diseases affecting all roga marga

madhyama roga marga –headache

 DOSAGE AND USAGE OF RASNADI CHURNA

 External application on the forehead or as directed by an Ayurvedic doctor.

 Der Patient muss in einer meditativen Haltung mit aufrechtem Kopf und aufrechter Wirbelsäule sitzen, wobei der Körper entspannt ist. Der Patient muss ein Nasenloch (z. B. das linke Nasenloch, wenn er die rechte Hand benutzt und umgekehrt) mit dem Daumen verschließen und durch das andere Nasenloch vollständig ausatmen. Wiederum muss er durch das andere Nasenloch tief einatmen, während das gegenüberliegende Nasenloch noch mit dem Daumen verschlossen ist.

RECOMMENDED DIET AND BEHAVIOUR OF RASNADI CHURNA

  • Avoid food items that produce dosha imbalance like cold, more salty, sour and dry food, hard to digest. Because dosha imbalance aggravates the symptoms.
  • Verzehren Sie leicht verdauliche Lebensmittel.
  • Oil massage on the head is advised.
  • Vermeiden Sie Rauchen und Alkohol.
