  METHOD OF PREPARATION   Above mentioned drugs are taken in equal quantity and finely powdered.     DOSHA- DUSHYA PREDOMINANCE AND ROGA MARGA  
  • Dosha – This medicine is recommended for the treatment of pitta and kapha dosha imbalance.
  • Dushya- useful in diseases affecting rasa, raktha dhatu – skin diseases
  • Roga marga – This medicine can be administered in diseases affecting all roga marga
  • Bahya roga marga – skin diseases
  DOSAGE AND USAGE   External application of churna on the affected area with buttermilk or as directed by an Ayurvedic doctor.   EXERCISES AND YOGA   Yoga and Pranayama are a set of breathing and stretching exercises respectively, widely practised in the treatment of many diseases.   Nadi Shuddi Pranayam    – for getting calmness to the mind provide overall health   Der Patient muss in einer meditativen Haltung mit aufrechtem Kopf und aufrechter Wirbelsäule sitzen, wobei der Körper entspannt ist. Der Patient muss ein Nasenloch (z. B. das linke Nasenloch, wenn er die rechte Hand benutzt und umgekehrt) mit dem Daumen verschließen und durch das andere Nasenloch vollständig ausatmen. Wiederum muss er durch das andere Nasenloch tief einatmen, während das gegenüberliegende Nasenloch noch mit dem Daumen verschlossen ist.               RECOMMENDED DIET AND BEHAVIOUR  
  • Avoid food items which produce dosha imbalance like cold, more salty, sour and dry food, hard to digest. Because dosha imbalance aggravates the symptoms.
