B. das linke Nasenloch, wenn er die rechte Hand benutzt und umgekehrt) mit dem Daumen verschließen und durch das andere Nasenloch vollständig ausatmen. Wiederum muss er durch das andere Nasenloch tief einatmen, während das andere Nasenloch noch mit dem Daumen verschlossen ist.
