In deficient lactation: 2 tablets three times for 7 days

After lactation is stimulated: 2 tablets twice daily 2 to 4 weeks and then gradually taper the dose

In multi-paras with a history of failure of lactation:

2 tablets three times daily for one month prior to delivery and for 2 to 4 weeks after delivery.
