Pranada tablet is a proprietary Ayurvedic medicine manufactured by Bipha Drug Laboratories, Kottayam. Pranada tablet effectively reduces fluid accumulation at inflammatory sites, yields the best result as a co-therapy with anti-arthritic and diuretic drugs. The composition of the Pranada tablet is the same as Gomutra Hareetaki of Ashtangahrdaya Mukharoga Pratishedha.

INGREDIENTS of Pranada Tablet
Extract of Gomutra Haritaki- fruit rind of Terminalia chebula processed with gomutra.

DOSE
2 tablets twice daily before meals, or as directed by the physician.
EXERCISE AND YOGA
Simple yoga postures, meditation, pranayama are advised.
PATHYA AHARAS AND VIHARAS
Light and easily digestible food items, simple exercise is advised. Avoid fried food items, junk foods, smoking and alcohol consumption.
