Rasna forte is a judicious combination of drugs possessing anti-inflammatory and analgesic drug along with those which corrects metabolic fire. Also, have rejuvenating drugs like ashwagandha.
DOSE:
Capsule: 2 capsules two times daily
Liquid: 2 teaspoons two times a day, can be given diluting with lukewarm water if necessary or with other kashayas.

DIET
Avoid fried, cold and heavy food. Always consume warm, light and easy-to-digest food. Avoid exposure to cold wind and cold atmosphere.
EXERCISE
Exercise ensuring the mobility of joints can be done. Expert opinion to design an exercise pattern desirable to disease can be taken. Can include yogasana like merudandasana, sasankhasana, sukhsasana, bhujangasana etc. can be included.
