For the preparation of kashayam:
Method of Preparation:
Firstly prepare kashayam as per rule, during the preparation of kashayam, Haritaki (100 fruits) kashayam also prepared, after preparing both kashayam to filter it. In this kashayam jaggery as in the stage of liquid should be added after the filter. After few hours, Cow’s ghee should be added. Stir well. Lastly, during the stage of Avaleha lakshana, add prakshepaka dravyas in fine powder for. Here prakshepaka dravya is Pippali. After cools down, Honey should be added, stir well.
Agasthya rasayanam dosage
- Adult dosage _ 1 – 2 teaspoons 1 – 2 times a day, before or after food, along with warm water or honey.
- Dose for children _ 1 teaspoon once or twice a day before or after food.

EXERCISE AND YOGA
