  11. Are the items shipped as per the display on webpage?

The products will match the image on the website as the images have been taken from the vendors from whom the final order is sourced. The product specifications (weight, size, color etc.) mentioned with the product photos is only approximate. However there may be some variations in the image if the presentation is changed by the manufacturer.

Shipping Time is 24 hours to 4 days depending upon the product availability. Transit Time is 7 to 21 working days depending on the Address (Country)

  14. How are the items shipped ?

All the items will be shipped through the registered Airmail in normal shipping and speed post in express shipping.

  15. How long does it take for the products to be delivered?

We usually need 1 to 4 business days to ship your ordered items. Transit time is 7 to 21 working days. Only when the items are not available, shipping takes longer. You will be informed of any delays by email.

  16. Which shipping destinations do you support?


We ship to all countries except Saudi Arabia.

  17. Is despatch possible on Holidays and Sundays?

No.

  18. Are there any additional shipping charges ?

We collect a maximum shipping charge of £10 in normal shipping and it is free for orders above £100 .

  19. How do I know that my order has been delivered?

Confirmation through e-mail shall be sent to you after your parcel has been delivered.


  20. My order is shown to be in ‘Pending ‘or'Processing' state. What does it mean?

Your order passes through following states before it finally enters the 'Shipped' state:

Pending: This is the default status for your order and it comes as soon as order is placed.
Processing: Your order/payment has been approved by our payment gateway. We are ready with the product and the order will be executed as per your specifications.
Despatched: Your order has been successfully shipped from our end; or
Cancelled: Your order could not be approved by our payment gateway or we are not in a position to deliver the goods due to some constraints.

  21. Cancellation and Refund

You can cancel an item before it enters the shipment process. Usually if you email us on the same day of placing the order, we will be able to cancel your item(s) and refund your card account.
